Mr. Rajeev Jain, Managing Director of the company, is Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Roorkee, Roorkee (now known as IIT, Roorkee) in Electrical Engineering in 1981 and is a Gold Medalist. He has worked earlier with Tata Consulting Engineers, BHEL (Technical Services & Commissioning Group), UPTRON India Ltd., Lucknow-Control System Division. He has commissioned a no. of large capacity Thermal Power Plants in India and also handled International projects upto 650 MW capacity in China, Philippines, Taiwan, etc. He has also presented papers in Asia Power & Energy, Singapore.
Ms. Nidhi Jain, Director of Net Cascade, obtained Masters Degree in Mathematics in 1985. Subsequently, she completed software course in Basic Programming from ABC-Consultants and in Business Data Processing in COBOL from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur in 1986. She also completed Diploma in Office Automation from National Institute of Computer Training (NICT). She has earlier worked as software programmer with UP Nalkoop Nigam Ltd., Lucknow and Computronics India Ltd. In 1998 she promoted Net Cascade Automation Pvt. Ltd. and is working as a Director of this company since then and is managing P&A of the company.
